Jones 1088 Ryan Avenue West Roseville, MN 55113 Dear Ms. Jones: The purpose of this letter is to reaffirm our arrangements relative to the construction of a privacy fence along the south(rear) of your property. As we have agreed, we will be responsible for the erection of an eight foot high, cedar or equivalent, privacy fence extending from the west end of your property to the east end, i.e. the entire width of your back yard. The construction of this privacy fence will be subject to any City ofRoseville setback requirements as well as any ordinances which may be applicable to the project, such as the eight foot height. Between you, your neighbor to the west, Mrs. LaRee Koranda of 1956 Lexington A venue, and us, we will determine the best way to coordinate the time of construction so as not to adversely affect your property during our impending construction project. In summary, Lois and I have agreed to construct, at our expense, an eight foot high, cedar privacy fence across the entire width of your property along the south property line. We will work with you to determine the most efficient time to initiate this project and will coordinate any continuation of the fence tthrough your neighbor's property to the west.
