Jones <br />1088 Ryan Avenue West <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Jones: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to reaffirm our arrangements relative to the construction of a privacy <br />fence along the south(rear) of your property. As we have agreed, we will be responsible for the <br />erection of an eight foot high, cedar or equivalent, privacy fence extending from the west end of <br />your property to the east end, i.e. the entire width of your back yard. <br /> <br />The construction ofthis privacy fence will be subject to any City ofRoseville setback requirements <br />as well as any ordinances which may be applicable to the project, such as the eight foot height. <br />Between you, your neighbor to the west, Mrs. LaRee Koranda of 1956 Lexington Avenue, and us, <br />we will determine the best way to coordinate the time of construction so as not to adversely affect <br />your property during our impending construction project. <br /> <br />In summary, Lois and I have agreed to construct, at our expense, an eight foot high, cedar privacy <br />fence across the entire width of your property along the south property line. We will work with you <br />to determine the most efficient time to initiate this project and will coordinate any continuation of <br />the fence tthrough your neighbor's property to the west. <br /> <br />If there are any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact me. <br /> <br />Most Sincerely, <br /> <br />John H.
