My residential property at 1088 Ryan Avenue West backs up to this
property. The effect of this expansion will be:

1. Reduction of privacy
2. Alteration of view from that of a residential lot to a commercial one
3. Increased activity from additional business open hours other than M-F 8 to 5.
4. Affect property value through loss of privacy/residential setting
5. Several months of construction activity in my backyard including noise, dust, etc.

My request is a six foot privacy fence enclosing my backyard which would be a
permanent barrier separating my residential lot and the business. The fence contractor
would be of my choosing erected on or about May 1, 1999.

Thank you for your time. I will attend the hearing on March 10 regarding Planning File
#3077.

Respectfully,

~d37L~

Peggy L.
