We understand this information will be included in <br />the final PUD which you have developed. <br /> <br />Phase 1 - To be completed prior to an estimated project completion date of November 15, 1999. <br /> <br />1. Transplant existing plant material from the west yard. <br /> <br />2. Transplant the existing Maple tree from the west yard to the south lot area. <br /> <br />3. Upon completion of the building exterior, the soil will be rough graded. <br /> <br />4. Underground irrigation will be installed. <br /> <br />5. Sidewalks and steps will be completed. <br /> <br />6. Boulevard trees will be planted. <br /> <br />7. Fencing will be installed along the North and East property lines. <br /> <br />Phase 2 - To be co-mpleted in the spring, 2000. <br /> <br />1. Placement of flowering shrubs, evergreens, perennials and ground covers. <br /> <br />2. Installation of fabric, mulching and edging. <br /> <br />3. Placement of sod in appropriate areas. <br /> <br />As you are aware, the weather will playa very important part in the projected completion of the <br />above plan.
