A copy <br />ofthe Ordinance (No. 1225) is enclosed. <br /> <br />Further, the Council, on July 12th, approved a Livable Communities Grant, not to exceed <br />$12,500, toward boulevard landscaping and sidewalks for Cryogenic Laboratories.
