<br />7- t'd- -qq <br /> <br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 10 Of the City Code (Zoning) <br />By Changing the Zoning Map Designation for Property <br />Located At 1940 Lexington Avenue North From <br />B-1, Limited Business District <br />to Business - Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />Roseville, and after the Planning Commission held a public hearing (PF3073) with due notice on <br />April 14, 1999, the following property is hereby rezoned from B-1, Limited Business District, to <br />Business-Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />1940 Lexington North (pID 142923230067) City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Section 14, Township 29, Range 23, except the South 183 feet ofthe West 183 feet of the <br />South ~ of the Southwest 1f4 of the Southwest 1f4 ofthe Northwest 1f4 (subject to highway) <br />in Section 14, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # . The Planned Unit Oevelopment <br />h standards/con<;litions of approval adopted for this property shall be in addition to all other <br />applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code (rezoning of <br />property to PUD) shall take effect upon: 1) passage and publication of this ordinance; 2) <br />execution of the Planned Unit Oevelopment Agreement by the City; and 3) recording of the <br />agreement with Ramsey County. <br />
