<br />1016.12 <br /> <br />1016.12: W ATE R MAN AGE MEN T <br />OVERLAY DISTRICTS: <br /> <br />A. Creation: The Water Management <br />Overlay District hereby created and is <br />divided into the following subdistricts <br />as shown on the Official Zoning Map <br />or an attachment thereto: the <br />Shoreland District, the Wetland Pro- <br />tection District, and the Storm Water <br />District. <br /> <br />1. Shore/and District: All land meeting <br />the definition or shoreland adjacent to <br />the public waters listed in Section <br />1016.13. <br /> <br />2. Wetland Protection District: All <br />upland within one hundred feet (100') <br />of the wetland boundary of wetlands <br />and those public waters not specifical- <br />ly listed as shoreland. <br /> <br />3. Storm Water District: All land either <br />within one hundred feet (100') of the <br />normal water level of constructed <br />storm water ponds or wetlands man- <br />aged for storm water quantity and <br />quality management purposes, or all <br />land below the 100-year flood eleva- <br />tion of such ponds or wetlands, which- <br />ever is most restrictive. <br /> <br />B. Official Zoning Map: The amended <br />Official Zoning Map, with Water Man- <br />agement Overlay Districts, is hereby <br />adopted by reference and declared to <br />be a part of this Chapter. <br /> <br />C. Maintenance Of Records: Said Official <br />Zoning Map shall be on file in the <br />office of the Community Development <br />Director. The Community Develop- <br />ment Director shall maintain the nee- <br /> <br />1016.13 <br /> <br />essary records to maintain and display <br />the Official Zoning Map as amended. <br /> <br />D. Boundaries: The boundaries of the <br />overlay districts as shown on the Offi- <br />cial Zoning Map are considered to be <br />approximate and must be established <br />on the ground at the time of any appli- <br />cation for permit, variance, conditional <br />use, planned unit development or <br />subdivision of land. <br /> <br />E. Allowable Land Uses: The existing <br />zoning on the site shall specify the <br />allowable land uses but all such uses <br />must additionally comply with any <br />more restrictive standards and criteria <br />of this Chaptt:r. <br /> <br />F. Private Sewer Systems Prohibited: <br />Individual on-site sewage treatment <br />systems are prohibited in all water <br />management overlay districts. (Ord. <br />1156,12-12-94) <br /> <br />1016.13: SHORELAND CLASSIFICA- <br />TIONS: The following public <br />waters of the City have been classified <br />either consistent with the criteria found in <br />Minnesota Regulations, part 6120.3300, <br />and the Protected Waters Inventory Map for <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota or classified by <br />the City when no classification was avail- <br />able from the Minnesota Department of <br />Natural Resources. The "shoreland area" <br />for the water bodies listed in the table be- <br />low sha!1 be as defined in this Chapter and <br />shown on the Official Zoning Map. "Wetland <br />protection areas" shall be as defined in <br />subsection 1016.12A2.
