<br />3. The site and tank permit shall be reviewed by the City's Fire Marshal on an annual <br />basis, with a report being submitted to the City Council. <br /> <br />4. The above ground storage tank permit shall be valid for a period of five years from <br />the date of approval by the City Council. Thereafter, the applicant may apply for <br />an annual one year extension of the permit. <br /> <br />5. The City Council may terminate the permit for noncompliance or require <br />additional improvements consistent with Subsection 902.06C of the City Code. <br /> <br />3.2 Staff will be recommending denial of the request for a variance from the Fire Code to <br />increase the volume of above ground storage of gasoline from 500 gallons to 1,000 gallons <br />(to the State Fire Marshal). <br /> <br />4.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL AGION <br /> <br />4.1 By motion, approve the installation of two 1,000 gallon above ground diesel tank and one <br />500 gallon above ground gasoline tank at 1408 County Road C, subject to the conditions <br />outlined in Section 3.1 of this report. <br /> <br />Attachments: site location map; site plan (prepared by staff); letter from Albrecht. <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit: application submitted on October 13, 1998; decision deadline is December 11,1998. <br /> <br />Prepared by: John Loftus (490-2240) and Kim L.
