On Monday, December 14, 1998, the City Council approved your request, with provisions. <br /> <br />An unsigned copy of the resolution granting the variance is attached for your information. Please <br />read the resolution thoroughly and make sure you understand all of the conditions. An official <br />signed copy of the resolution will be sent to you within the next week. It is your responsibility to <br />record the official signed resolution with the Ramsey County Recorder prior to the issuance of any <br />building permit or within sixty days of approval, whichever is less (Section 1013.01G of the City <br />Code).
