DECLARATION OF EASElvtENTS FOR GATEWAY BUSINESS PARK ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA THIS DECLARATION, made as of this day of , 1998, by the CITY OF ROSEVILLE, Ramsey County, Minnesota, a municipal corporation, ("Declarant") ; WITNESSETH THAT: WHEREAS, Declarant is the owner of the real property located in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, described as fol1ows: Parcel A: That part of Lot I, Block 2, Gateway Business Park, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles, lying easterly of the southerly extension of the west line of Lot 3, said Block 2. Parcel B: That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Gateway Business Park, according to the recorded plat thereof on fIle and of record in the office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles, lying westerly of the southerly extension of the west line of Lot 3, said Block 2. Parcel C: Lot 2, Block 3- ~, Gateway Business Park, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles. (collectively, the "Premises"); and WHEREAS, Declarant desires to subject the Premises to certain easements for the benefit of Declarant, the burden of which shall mn with title to the Premises, and to declare for the benefit of subsequent owners of the Premises the Declarant I s acceptance of the maintenance, operation, repair, replacement and indemnification obligations set forth herein.
