<br />THE MONEY STORE COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE INC., a
<br />corporation, as mortgagee of Lots 3 and 4, Block 2,
<br />Gateway Business Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to tbose certain
<br />instruments described below (collectively, the "Mortgage") hereby consents to the
<br />foregoing Utility Easement in order to subject and subordinare its right, title and
