DECLARATION OF EASEMENTS FOR GATEWAY BUSINESS PARK ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA TIllS DECLARATION, made as of this Ho~ day of DeceVV\~eJ\ , 1998, by the CITY OF ROSEVILLE, Ramsey County, Minnesota, a municipal corporation, ("Declarant"); WITNESSETH THAT: WHEREAS, Declarant is the owner of the real property located in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, described as follows: Parcel A: That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Gateway Business Park, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles, lying easterly of the southerly extension of the west line of Lot 3, said Block 2. Parcel B: That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Gateway Business Park, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles, lying westerly of the southerly extension of the west line of Lot 3, said Block 2. Parcel C: Lot 2, Block 2, Gateway Business Park, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles.
