Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of December, 1998, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall and the following were absent: None Member _ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. A Resolution Accepting Various Utility Easements within Gateway Business Park WHEREAS, the development of property in Gateway Business Park has resulted in the relocation of various utilities in Block 2, Gateway Business Park; and WHEREAS, the City has initiated action to vacated those drainage and/or utility easel11ents which are no longer needed by the City; and WHEREAS, the proposed replacement easements as attached hereto will accommodate the relocated utilities. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby accepts the attached utility easements as granted by Jainson Investments, LLC, and authorizes the executionof the acceptance of said easements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby authorizes the execution of the Declaration of Easements for Gateway Business Park as granted by the City of Roseville.
