<br />consideration in hand paid by the City, Owner does hereby grant and convey unto the City, its
<br />successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for public walkway and bicycle pathway pmposes
<br />over, upon and across the following described property in Ramsey County. Minnesota:

<br />A strip of land., eight (8) feet in width. within Lot 1, Block 3, Centre Pointe
<br />Business Park, according to the recorded plat thereof. Ramsey County,
<br />Minnesota, the centerline of which is described as follows:

<br />Commencing at the northeast comer of said Lot 1; thence South 00 degrees 00
<br />minutes 00 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Lot 1; a
<br />distance of 280.00 feet; thcnc:e North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a
<br />distance of 4.46 feet to the beginning of the centerJi!:e !o ~:= c~srril:-ed; thence
<br />South 00 degrees 20 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 12.68 feet; thence
