It <br />was discovered the lot line indicated on the site plan does not correspond with the survey. <br />Therefore, it would be in Rollins best interest to move their north boundary line one foot <br />beyond their fence, which is indicated in red on the survey. <br /> <br />Kim, I am confident after you, the engineer, and city council review the enclosed information, <br />and the application we submitted this week, you will agree it is in everyone's best interest to <br />modify the lot line between the five acre parcels, <br /> <br />Please contact me if there are any questions or outstanding issues.
