This was considered a "Corrective <br />Subdivision" as per section 1l04.04D of the City Code. This portion of the City Code requires <br />review and approval of the minor subdivision by the City Council, and review and approval of <br />the Certificate of Survey by the City Manager and the Community Development Director prior <br />to recording. <br /> <br />This letter is the certificate of survey approval letter of the City Manager and the <br />Community Development Director to proceed with the recording of the survey.
