JiJ1-- '\... <br />t-'" .-_.. <br /> <br />By <br /> <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council <br />Of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, MinnesQta, on Monday, the 26nd day of April, 1999, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wall <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9650 <br />A Resolution Amending Resolution 9644 Vacating a Portion of County Road D <br />In Connection with the Proposed Redevelopment at 3116 Fairview Avenue North <br />(Ric Cox: PF3092) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the request ofRic Cox <br />for vacation of a portion of County Road D in connection with the proposed redevelopment of <br />the parcel at the southeast comer ofFairview Avenue and County Road D (3116 Fairview <br />Avenue North) to allow for a small office building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Ric Cox request for <br />vacation of a portion of County Road D, approximately 7 Y:z feet wide by 155,99 feet in length, <br />directly east of Fairview Avenue adjacent to property located at 3116 Fairview Avenue North, <br />based on findings of the staff report dated March 10, 1999; and <br /> <br />\ Lf ;yo <br />( q.-6b <br />CO" <br />II <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approved resolution describing the right-of-way vacation inadvertently <br />excluded a small portion of the right-of-way impacted by a roof over-hang that protrudes angular <br />(west to east) into said right-of-way; and (J:/ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to correct the previously approved resolution <br />vacating a portion of County Road D in connection with the request for a Planned Unit <br />Development to redevelop the parcel at the southeast comer ofFairview and County Road D as a <br />small office building (4,000-5,000 s.[,); <br /> <br />'C-) <br />'. \ ~ '" \.\,\~ <br />1 ~3""uUU <br /> <br />, ..\ ( <br />l,0 ~ <br />~ 1 } ~~~ <br />,,-\-J--~ <br />
