<br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 10 Of The City Code (Zoning) <br />By Changing The Zoning Map Designation For Property <br />Located At 3116 Fairview Avenue North From <br />B-3, General Business District <br />To Business-Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />The City Counci of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />Roseville, and after the City Council held a public hearing (PF3092) with due notice on January <br />13,1999, the following property is hereby rezoned from B-3, General Business District, to <br />Business-Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />3116 Fairview Avenue North (PID 042923120001) City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township <br />29, Range 23; thence east 200.00 feet; thence south 133.00 feet; thence west 200.00 feet; <br />thence north 133.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # _' The Planned Unit Development <br />standards/conditions of approval adopted for this property shall be in addition to all other <br />applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section3. Effective Date.
