I met with him and a rep from Presbyterian Homes (the financer) for <br />their proposed project on the triangular shaped lot on the corner of CR D, New Brighton Road and Lake Johanna Blvd. <br />They are proposing a great building and have some ideas that impact the right of ways of the two County roads. What <br />was your experience and who did you contact? Did Cox go through a PUD on the property in Roseville? My experience <br />with PUDs is not usually on properties this small or without more than oen building but it seems to be the only way to try <br />to relax some of the restrictions to help them improve this corner of our City. Any background on your experience would <br />be helpful.
