Estimates are <br />that 4 trips per employee per day will generate between 80 and 100 total trips per day. Both <br />County Road D ar:d Fairview Avenues have approximately 9,000 trips per day and will grow <br />to nearly 12,000 by the year 2010. <br /> <br />3.11. After discussion of the issues (see attached excerpt from the <br />draft minutes) and comments primarily from adjoining property owners David and D<m <br />Seaberg and Barbara Wood, 3092 Fairview, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the proposal (7-0), citing the comments and findings in Section 3 and the <br />recommendation in Section 4 of this report and noting the effective date of the PUD <br />would not occur until after publication of the PUD ordinance. Chair Katie Harms <br />requested the application to hold a second neighborhood meeting because only three <br />neighbors attended the first meeting. <br /> <br />6.0 S1UGGES1fE~ AC1fITON <br /> <br />6.1 By motion, approve the ~O!In~~lPt development plan for a 4,000 to 5,000 s.f. office bui.lding <br />planned unit development at the southeast comer of the intersection of County Road D and <br />Fairview Avenue, ba.sed on the fmdings outlined in Section 3 of the report.
