Bauer Homes <br />5476 Lake Avenue <br />Shoreview, Minnesota 55126 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variances and an Increase in Impervious Surface Coverage: <br />1240 Belair Circle (PF3093) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Zawadski: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to advise you oftheJanuary 25,1999 City Council action on <br />your request for variances to reduce the rear yard setback to 27 feet and to increase the <br />impervious surface coverage of a shoreland management lot to 35%. <br /> <br />As the request for the rear yard 3 foot variance was withdrawn, Mr. Carlson must <br />obtain a Setback Permit if he wishes to pursue the variance. A Setback Permit <br />Application (plus a copy of the relevant Ordinance) was faxed to your attention this <br />morning. <br /> <br />The Council did approve a variance to increase the impervious surface coverage of a <br />parcel in a shoreland management district to 35% for the purpose of regarding the site <br />and constructing a single family residence on a pre-existing undeveloped parcel at 1240 <br />Belair Circle. A copy ofthe Resolution granting this Variance is enclosed.
