Robey <br />2905 Snelling Avenue North <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request to Amend Land Area of College Properties/Eagle Crest <br />Planned Unit Development (PF3094) <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />On Monday, January 25, 1999, the City Council approved your PUD concept approval <br />request. The effective date of the amended PUD will be after submission of all revised <br />documents, final approvals, signings of the amended agreement and publication of the <br />amended PUD Ordinance. <br /> <br />In order to complete the second part of the PUD approval process you will need to <br />submit the following completed plans: <br /> <br />1) A completed landscape plan with all materials and sizes listed. <br />Landscaping must include more plant materials (trees and shrubs) along' <br />the Snelling Avenue side of the project. The underground garage entry <br />area must be screening as much as possible with plant materials (trees <br />and shrubs). The landscape plan must show year-round color and <br />evergreens. <br /> <br />2) The detailed storm water ponding and storm sewer design plan must be <br />submitted and approved by the City Engineers. <br /> <br />3) The final site plan must align the driveway with the temporary median <br />cut. <br /> <br />4) A final grading plan incorporating changes in plans listed above must be <br />submitted and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />5) The Rice Creek Watershed permit for the expanded project must be <br />attached to final documents prior to final PUD approval. <br /> <br />2660 Civic Center Drive.)
