<br />3.10 Because of the size ofthe new structure (968 sJ.) no other accessory building or tool shed <br />may be permitted on the property. <br /> <br />3.11 The maximum height (as defined in Section 1004.01) shall be 15 feet. <br /> <br />3.12 The existing detached accessory structure must be removed from the site. <br /> <br />3.13 Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the conditional <br />use permit, the applicant must record the conditional use permit with the Ramsey County <br />Recorder. <br /> <br />3.14 This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building permit has <br />not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />4.0 Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />The staff recommends approval of the conditional use permit to allow construction of a <br />968 sJ. detached accessory building, based on the findings in Section 3 and with the <br />conditions listed in Section 3 of this report. <br /> <br />5.0 Suggested Planning Commission Action <br /> <br />By motion, recommend approval Tom and Marilyn Weaver's request for a conditional use <br />permit to allow construction of a 968 sJ detached accessory building at 2330 Auerbach <br />Avenue North, based on the findings in Section 3 and with the conditions recommended <br />in Section 3 of this report. <br /> <br />Attachments: Applieation and Site Plans (1/11/99) <br />60-Day Sehedule: The applieation was accepted as complete on January 11,1999.
