The hours of operation will be limited to 8:00am to 9:00pm weekdays and 8:00am to <br />9:00pm on weekends during the peak seasons, with fewer hours in non-peak seasons. <br /> <br />13. Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the conditional <br />use permit, the applicant/owner must record the conditional use permit with the Ramsey <br />County Recorder. <br /> <br />14. If approved, this conditional use permit and variance shall expire 6 months after approval <br />if a building permit has not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />15. Product display will be allowed up to the wrought iron fence line. <br /> <br />16.
