In conjunction with the application for a conditional use permit, the following <br />documents have been submitted and reviewed by staff in preparation of this <br />report: <br /> <br />. project narrative [date: amended 01.11.99] <br />. site plan, grading plan, floor plan, and building elevations [received by <br />staff 1.11.99] <br /> <br />13. The parking lot shall have concrete curb and gutter and asphalt paving. <br /> <br />14. Prior to the issuance of permits for site improvements and fencing, and within 60 <br />days after approval of the conditional use permit, the applicant must record the <br />conditional use permit with the Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> <br />15, This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building <br />permit has not been issued.
