This <br />property is zoned SC, Shopping Center District. Service stations, including operations <br />such as Midas, are a allowed as a conditional use in this zoning district. A special use <br />permit for the facility was approved by the City in June 1989. Copies of Chapter 1006 of <br />the City Code, Section 1005. 04 of the City Code, the Planning Commission minutes of <br />June 7,1989, and the City Council minutes of June 26, 1989, are attached. <br /> <br />All construction must be in compliance with applicable City building and zoning <br />regulations. The issuance of a building permit indicates that the plans and <br />specifications have been reviewed and approved as meeting these regulations. <br /> <br />The flood hazard boundary map for Roseville was rescinded and the community was <br />converted to the regular program effective March 30,1981.
