That the site be developed in accordance with the plans submitted and dated April 27, 1989. 2. That the periphery of all parking areas be con- structed with poured in place concrete. 3. That fin~l engineering and landscape plans are subject to staff review and approval. will pane 5. That final signage plans for the building and pylon are subject to staff review and approval. 6. That a "No Left Turn" sign be installed at the east curb cut onto County Road B. 7. That sidewalk be provided along County Road B. 8. That the grass area west of the building be irrigated. 9. Johnson moved that the proposed alternative ordinance regarding park land dedication be adopted. Motion died for lack of a second. PARK LAND DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS Rog moved that the park land dedication ordinance as recommended by the Planning Commission be adopted. Motion died for lack of a second. Matson moved, Rog seconded, that Ordinance 1061, amending sections 20.155 and 17.170 of the City Code of the City of Rosevil1e regarding park land dedica- tion, be adopted.
