Without Cub Foods being in Hqr Mqr, it is often very congested getting into the <br />Hqr Mqr Pqrking Lot. And qlthough the pqrking lot directly south oFthe proposed site sits empty most of <br />the week, on weekends it is more thqn hq[F Ful[ trom moviegoers qnd thqt is the busiest time For q grocery <br />store qS well. <br /> <br />Another concern we hqve is whqt Cub Foods will tqke qWqy. Nqme[y the Fqrmer's Mqrket, the <br />speciq! events in the mqll corridor qnd stqte (qir pqrking. I '1m sure these qre not big "money mqkers" For <br />Brqdley, but they certqinly qre things thqt mqke Roseville, qnd sR~ciFicqlly our neighborhood, unique. <br /> <br />The ['1st mqior concern, qnd one we cqnnot immediqtely meqsure, is whqt hqving Cub Foods so close <br />will do to oUr property vq[ue. We Feel Fortunqte to live on the West Side oFthe mqll, qS the neighbors <br />directly eqst will tqke the brunt oFthis. Obviously when we moved to this neighborhood in 1992, Hqr Mqr <br />WqS qlreqdy in existence. However, putting 'I Cub Foods into the mqll hqsq much diFFerent Feel to the <br />overqll <ltmosphere th<ln the previous tenqnts thqt occupied thqt spqce. <br /> <br />In closing, we would like to compliment you on the tremendous job you hqve done in renovqting <br /><lnd upgr<lding H<lr M<lr M<l11. It h<ls, without q doubt, v<lst[y improved since Brqdley took it over. <br /> <br />We would qppreciqte being kept up-to-dqte qS this project moves Forwqrd.
