Unfortunately, the Cub Foods <br />grocery store has yet to materialize as a development project and therefore the permit ' <br />application is premature"'. ' .' ;' ." ' . ' <br /> <br />The site on which the proposed Cub Foods grocery store is proposed is currently under a <br />moratorium for the purpose of understandin,g an~ identifying impacts of 24 hour uses ' <br />, adjacent to single family neighborhoods. Until such time as the'Roseville City Council' <br />acts on the current moratoriuJl? and/or information provided by the City's consultant, the <br />City is unable to issue permits forthe proposed pub Foods grocery store. , <br /> <br />. Enclosed, please find the faxed copy of your sign permit application.
