"The
concentration of hydro-carbons, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and other airborne
particles must be measured, controlled or reduced in a symptomatit manner. Initial
research indicates that concentration of these particles and gases have caused damage
to the environment"
Source of information: Minn. Pollution Control Agency.

Research was done in reference to Hwy 36 and Snellling, also not far from our
neighborhood. It also referred to the effect en the quality of life and the enjoyment of ones
home.

. Bradley Real Estate plan, with 3000 cars a day plusl0-16 trucks and their
emissions would be entirely unacceptable and damaging to our livelihood.

Also included in the study was the suggestion that all new development, [ I would
apply this to "additions to abuilding", should be postponed until all drainage requirement

r/
