My famify and I shop in Roseville. As business owners and <br />consumers we would appreciate a grocery store that is easily accessed and up to <br />date. The opinions of my customers, employees and their families are that they <br />sometimes purposely avoid both the Larpenter and Snelling Rainbow locations, <br />because it is difficult to get in and out, and the stores are often very busy and crowded. <br />Some travel to a more suburban store because of the trouble. <br /> <br />We have discussed with Bradley Real Estate, the viability and usage of the space at <br />the 'quiet end' of our mall. Bradley Real Estate has always shown a great interest in <br />keeping our mall active with leasing which helps promote continuous traffic. This is <br />the kind of management that keeps residential interest in tact by keeping business <br />right in the community. Har Mar has always had the community in mind as it remains a <br />meeting place for events and activities, for fun and business. Without the addition of <br />Cub Foods, we will most likely see a slow but steady deterioration of the 'south end'. <br />This would cause struggling businesses to close which will affect the whole center. <br /> <br />The concerns of the City officials do not seem to be quite on track or realistic. For <br />instance; access, traffic and parking.
