There is ample space for parking and since this <br />grocery store will be open 24 hours a day, the parking will be spread out over the night <br />and day, not just during regular mall hours. <br /> <br />All of Roseville could benefit from the addition of Cub to Har Mar by adding jobs, <br />generating revenue and real estate taxes and simply making this mall a convenient <br />place to shop. <br /> <br />I am assured that zoning allows for the usage of a grocery store and I believe Bradley <br />Real Estate would responsibly venture out with Cub only if it were a win-win situation <br />for all.
