This letter describes in detail the Cub <br />Foods proposal and contains our analysis of the land use issues connected with the proposed project. <br />These land use issues are the subject of a Moratorium Shopping Center Impact Study. This letter also <br />outlines mitigation measures proposed by Bradley and Cub Foods to minimize impacts of the proposal <br />and to address concerns raised by neighbors and by the City in authorizing the Moratorium Shopping <br />Center Impact Study. <br /> <br />Our land use analysis is based on several studies which are included in their entirety with this letter.
