<br /> <br />March 11,1999 <br /> <br />Mr. Tim Prinsen <br />Bradley Operating Limited Partnership <br />2100 North Snelling Avenue <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request/or Vacation o/Certain Utility and Drainage Easements. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Prinsen: <br /> <br />Please be informed that on Wednesday, March 10, the Roseville Planning Commission <br />voted 5 to 1 to recommend approval of your request to vacate certain utility and drainage <br />easements located south and east of the fonner Homeplace structure and to accept a <br />replacement easement. This item will be forwarded to the RoseviIle City Council for <br />consideration at their March 22, meeting. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission also indicated concern regarding a number of items including <br />traffic flow into and around Har Mar Mall, drainage of the proposed development area <br />and its impact on the properties to the north and east, limiting delivery times, and <br />potential parking conflicts. These issues, as well as those of the adjacent property owners <br />will be summarized in the staff report. <br /> <br />I look forward to working on resolution of these issues and review of the Cub Food <br />development plans.
