The permitted <br />and accessory uses listed under B-2 Business District shall be the permitted and <br />accessory uses allowable in S-C Shopping Center District. Further, the conditional uses <br />listed under B-2 Business District shall be the conditional uses permitted in S-C <br />Shopping Center District, by a conditional use permit issued by the City Council after <br />consideration of the Planning Commission's recommendation. (Ord. 275, 5-12-59; amd. <br />1995 Code) <br /> <br />Based on this regulation, food stores, grocery stores, meat markets, bakeries, <br />delicatessens, and dairy products are permitted uses.
