<br />D-9 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded that the agreement with Ramsey Law
<br />County for supplemental law enforcement services on Lake Owasso at a Enforcement on
<br />cost of $1,188 to be funded from the 1999 Lake Patrol Budget, be Lake Owasso
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays:

<br />D-10 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Roseville City Council's Fiscal Goals
<br />Fiscal Goals for 2000, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />D-11 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution No. 9641, approving Resolution 9641
<br />the Traffic Control Signal Agreement 78515R for signals at Dale Street Traffic Signal
<br />and T.H. 36, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />D-12 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Fire Marshall be authorized Ramsey County
<br />to issued a burn permit to Ramsey County Parks and Recreation for Burn Permit
<br />burns at the natural area around the ponds at Lake McCarrons County
<br />Park and at a small 3-acre area within Roseville's Waterworks Park,
<br />conditioned upon compliance with the following stipulations:
<br />
<br />o The effective date of the permit shall be from April 1 , 1999
<br />through April 15, 1999;
<br />
<br />o The burn shall be conducted by acknowledged experts; and
<br />
<br />o Ramsey County Parks and Recreation shall notify the
<br />Roseville Fire Department at least two days in advance of
<br />the date and time of the burn.
