<br />for Proposals (RFP) to developers for Lexington Avenue and County Lexington Ave
<br />Road B, with staff to hire consultants to review the design and finance &
<br />feasibility and prepare a recommendation to the City Council according to County Road B

<br />supporting the Hennepin County Regional Rail Authority as the lead Acquisition of
<br />public agency responsible for the acquisition of the proposed Burlington Abandoned Rail
<br />Northern right-of-way to be abandoned between Roseville and Right-of-Way
<br />Minneapolis, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G-9 Wall moved, Maschka seconded, that Triangle Warehouse request for Triangle
<br />subdivision proposal at 2513 Walnut Street, be continued to the Meeting Warehouse

<br />Housing Partners, LLC request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment Extension
<br />and PUD at 2555 and 2561 Victoria Street North, to May 27, 1999, be (PF3049)
