<br />5.0 Suggested Council Action <br /> <br />5.1 By motion, define a self-contained emergency generator for assisted care senior housing as <br />an essential emergency service and approve Rosewood Estates request for a permit to allow <br />installation of an emergency generator with a self-contained fuel storage cell within the front <br />yard of property located at 2750 Victoria Street North. <br /> <br />60-Day Schedule: The request was received on February II, 1999.
