<br />March 18, 1999 <br /> <br />Dear Adjacent Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend the Roseville Development Review Committee's <br />(DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, March 25, at approximately 4:00 p.m in the <br />Roseville City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Mr. Ronald Dolle has applied for a Setback Permit for his existing home at 3096 <br />Cleveland Avenue. The required side yard setback for a principal structure in a Single <br />Family Residential District (R-l) for this particular portion of the City is five (5) feet. <br />The addition previously constructed lies three (3) feet from the side (west) property line <br />which requires a setback permit. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment <br />on the proposal in writing or affords them time to comment at the hearing.
