The City's concerns are best summarized in the S June 1986 and 20 October 1976 letters. The attached plan deals with these concerns. Specifically all weeds, debris, abandoned cars and truck trailers, etc. are to be removed from the site or housed within the building; concrete curbs are to be added where they do not exist or where the existing curbs have been damaged at the entry driveways; the entire structure is to be repainted; some additional landscaping is to be added. It should be noted that the large concrete curbs were existing on the site in 1976. These are poured in place but not conforming to the present City specifications. Our 1976 plan indicated them as existing and there was no City action to replace or change them at that time. Also, in 1976 a large portion of the parking area was crushed rock. Our plan noted this as the existing condition and there was no City requirement to provide additional bituminous paving. Please submit this letter, the attached correspondence and the attached site plan so that it may be discussed at the City meeting on 3 September 1986. will look forward to seeing you at that time.
