<br />.' <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETl~G <br />WedneSday, August 6, 1986 <br />-- <br /> <br />The August 6, 1986 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairman Donn Wiski at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Johnson, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and <br />DeBenedet. <br /> <br />Members Absent: Moeller. <br /> <br />Staff Present: Waldron, Janisch, and Dahlgren. <br /> <br />Ex Officio Member: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Berry moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of July 2, 1986 be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />~lanning File 1656 <br />James Trapp request for <br />Road C-2. <br /> <br />Berry, Johnson, Maschka, Wiski, and Goedeke. <br />None. <br />DeBenedet. <br /> <br />Special Use Permit at 2209 West <br /> <br />countyl <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Mr. Dahlgren explained the progress to date relating to the Trapp <br />site. At this point in time, an architect has been hired, and is <br />in the process of developing a new plan based on the items that <br />previously have not been addressed by Mr. Trapp. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, DeBenedet seconded, to continue the Trapp request <br />until the September Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />Planning File 1675 <br />Lincoln Companies request for preliminary plat, amendment to <br />Comprehensive Plan, Special Use Permit, and rezoning from I-1 to <br />B-4 at 1665 County Road C. <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Berry, Johnson, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and--S <br />DeBenedet. <br />None. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Mr. Dahlgren pointed out that the access along the Frontage Road <br />area is still being reviewed with respect to this particular <br />project. Thus, the developers have requested continuation until <br />September. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded, that Lincoln Companies request <br />be continued until the September Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Berry, Johnson, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and <br />DeBenedet. <br />Nays: None. <br />
