He pointed out that <br />an access road is being constructed adjacent to Lido. Mr. <br />Dahlgren stated that the applicant has met many times with the <br />staff, and has been extremely cooperative and willing to work <br />through developmental problems. Dahlgren stated that the service <br />road may have to change but as proposed to date, it is workable. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren stated that 721 parking spaces are required, and <br />there are 736 available. The building will be all brick. <br /> <br />Chuck DuFresne, the Executive Vice President of Lincoln <br />Companies, discussed the shopping center and Lincoln's respective <br />experience in the business.
