<br />5.0 Planning Commission Action <br /> <br />On April 14, 1999, the Roseville Planning Commission held the required public hearing <br />regarding the subject request, at which hearing the Commission added two conditions. <br />The first stating that the site (the vacant 1.92 parcel) can only operate as a owner to buyer <br />lot from May 1 to October 1 each year. And the second stating that the hours of <br />operation for the owner to buyer lot is limited from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday's and 8 a.m. <br />to 6 p.m. Saturday's and Sunday's.
