A minimum of two (2) portable restrooms shall be located within the "owner to buyer lot" <br />and in a location convenient to patrons, such as just inside the main gate. <br /> <br />14. The small storage building adjacent the L.A. Auto Detail shop shall only be used for storage <br />not as a temporary office. <br /> <br />15. The existing illegal sign located on the L.A. Auto Detail building shall be removed, per <br />previous requests by the Community Development Department and prior to this interim use <br />permit becoming effective <br /> <br />16. The illegal sign located on the fence adjacent County Road C2 and the gated entrance shall <br />be removed and prior to this interim use permit becoming effective. <br /> <br />17. The Palmer Trucking building just north of County Road C2 is a nuisance and should be <br />painted per Section 407.021 of the City Code and prior to this interim use permit becoming <br />effective. <br /> <br />18. All debris shall be removed from the site. <br /> <br />19. The setback area along County Road C2 must be landscaped similar to the landscaping along <br />the south side of Berger Storage and Transfer's property (Boulevard trees in accordance <br />with the Street Tree Master Plan have been planted. The boulevard area adjacent County <br />Road C2 shall include sod as opposed to seed. <br /> <br />20. The initial term of the interim use permit shall be for a period of five years. Upon review <br />and hearing, the interim use permit may be issued for additional periods up to five years <br />each. The Council may discontinue this interim use after five (5) years for no cause, or <br />at any time during the five (5) year interim use term for violations of Federal and State <br />law, the City Code or this permit. <br /> <br />21. The interim use permit shall be reviewed administratively on an annual basis on the <br />anniversary date of the resolution granting the interim use permit, with a staff report <br />submitted to the Planning Commission and City Council as needed. <br /> <br />22. The storm water management plan for the property and the use of calcium chloride as a dust <br />inhibitor must be reviewed and approved by the Rice Creek Watershed District prior to <br />occupation of the site. <br /> <br />23. The layout of the site shall be per the plan dated (accepted) April 7, 1999. <br /> <br />24. This interim use shall be restricted to the time period of no longer than from May 1 through <br />October 1 of each year. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that an interim use permit to allow an "owner to buyer lot", on a vacant parcel located <br />adjacent to 2205 West County Road C2, is hereby approved conditioned upon the above referenced <br />conditions (#1-24). <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />------- <br />
