<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council ofthe city <br />of Rose vi lIe, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 29th day of April 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder <br />and the following were absent: Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9990 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT <br />CONTRACT FOR OW ASSO RIDGE (PF3357) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Owasso Ridge Final Plat, Final <br />Development Plan (PUD) and Draft Planned Unit Development Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this is a seven lot, single-family residential planned unit <br />development on the 2.25 acre parcel at 495 Iona Lane; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer, Stoney River Development, will be constructing <br />public improvements, including sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer and street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer has hired Plowe Engineering to design the <br />improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will work with their engineer during construction to ensure <br />the improvements are installed according to the approved plans. These improvements, <br />once constructed, will be turned over to the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, the adoption of a resolution that approves a Development Contract between <br />Stoney River Development Corporation and the City of Roseville for <br />Professional/Technical Services. <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Klausing, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />\\Victoria\CommDev\Planning Files\3350-3399\3357 _Stoney River Dev\Resolution App Dev Agree_042902.doc <br />
