<br />April 19, 1999 <br /> <br />Mr. Thomas Coil <br />Old Town Building Corporation <br />1289 Garden Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Minor Subdivision of 1025 & 1027 Shryer Avenue. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Coil: <br /> <br />The Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed your proposal for 1025 <br />& 1027 Shryer Avenue and had the following comments: <br /> <br />. The minor subdivision will require a hearing at the City Council, scheduled for May <br />10, 1999. <br />. Removal of all structures would need to occur prior to the recording of the minor <br />subdivision. <br />. A grading plan needs to be submitted for review and approval. <br />. A new sac charge will be placed on the newly created lot. <br />. New sewer and water service required for the new lot, which service must be <br />approved by the City. <br />. Park dedication fee of$500.00 for the newly created lot. <br />. Curb cuts should be discussed with the Engineering Department prior it issuance of <br />building pennits. <br /> <br />Based on our review, the only item that I require for Council consideration is a reduced <br />copy of the proposed minor subdivision.
