(PF3112) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Coil: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the minor subdivision you proposed for <br />property at 1025 and 1027 Shryer Avenue, as shown on the survey, dated April 7, 1999, as <br />submitted with your application was approved by the City Council on May 10, 1999. This was <br />considered a "Minor Subdivision" as per section 1104.04(E) of the City Code. This portion of <br />the City Code requires review and approval of the minor subdivisions by the City Council, and <br />review and approval of the Certificate of Survey by the City Manager and the Community <br />Development Director prior to recording. <br /> <br />This letter is the certificate of survey approval letter of the City Manager and the <br />Community Development Director to proceed with the recording of the survey.
