PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REGULATING RADIATION. No <br />operation shan be conducted which exceeds the standards established by applicable <br />regulations of the Minnesota depanment of health~ <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION 8. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REGULATING HEAT AND <br />HUMIDITY. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REGULATING ELECTROMAGNETIC <br />INTERFERENCE. No use shall produce electromagnetic interference with nonnal radio or <br />television reception in any residential district, or exceed applicable standards established by <br />any applicable federal or state regulations. <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION 10. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REGULATING FIRE AND <br />EXPLOSIVE HAZARDS. All uses shall be subject to the lIre prevention code of the city: <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION 11. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REGULATING LIQUID OR SOliD <br />WASTE. All uses shall be subject to applicable regulations of the city and the metropolitan <br />waste control commission governing discharge into a public stonn or sanitary sewer, <br />waterway or stream. <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION 12.
