The architectural elevations for the proposed Rainbow grocery store and <br />attached retail, free-standing retail, professional building, Hollywood Video <br />building~ and the restaurant/retail building are approved with the Final Plan, <br />subject to the plans received February 17, 1998. A building pennit shall be <br />obtained prior to building construction. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />3. No approvals for the architectural elevations of the fast food restaurant, <br />gas/convenience store with an attached car wash, auto service-minor, auto <br />service-major and daycare buildings are conferred with the approval of this <br />Final Plan. The applicant must submit Final Plans that address the elevations of <br />these buildings prior to the issuance of building permits for any of these <br />buildings.
