<br />The City CotUlcil met on the above date with the owing
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Hess, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Grauel.

<br />A-I Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of July 26, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None. Abstentions: Hess.
<br />CotUlcilrnan Hess was absent from the meeting.

<br />B...1 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Marriott Corporation's
<br />request for on-sale wine license at the Hot Shoppe Cafeteria
<br />located in the Rosedale Shopping Center be approved with the
<br />condition that the Marriott Corporation provide the City a
<br />copy of their insurance policy. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and DeJOOs. Nays: None.

<br />for special use permit and division of lot at 1893 West
<br />Highway 36 be continued to the meeting of September 13, 1976.
